Question 1

What is Pull Empire?

Accepted Answer

Pull Empire is an online platform where you open Pokémon TCG mystery packs. Every pull is a real, physical Pokémon card — you can have it shipped to your door worldwide, or instantly sell it back for wallet credit. There are 10 pack tiers from €3.99 (Copper) to €499.99 (Diamond).

Question 2

Are the cards real physical Pokémon cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every card you pull is a genuine physical Pokémon TCG card sourced from trusted suppliers. On a shipping request the card is ordered and sent to you with tracking. Pull Empire is a dropshipping model, so cards are fulfilled on demand.

Question 3

How much does it cost to start?

Accepted Answer

Packs start at €3.99. You fund your wallet (from €10) in cryptocurrency — we do not take card or bank payments — then choose any pack tier to open.

Question 4

Are the odds published and fair?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every pack tier has transparent, published per-tier odds, and the same odds apply to every customer. Outcomes use a server-side seeded RNG with two-stage rarity-then-card sampling.

Question 5

Can I sell the cards I pull?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can request physical shipping of any card worldwide — the cost is quoted per order before anything is charged — keep it in your collection, or instantly sell it back for roughly 85% of its value as wallet credit.

Question 6

Which grail cards can appear?

Accepted Answer

Chase cards in the pools include Charizard 1st Edition Shadowless, Moonbreon (Umbreon VMAX alt art), Pikachu Illustrator and other modern and vintage grails. Higher tiers carry higher grail odds.

Question 7

Who can use Pull Empire?

Accepted Answer

Pull Empire is strictly 18+ and intended for adult collectors. Responsible-play tools (deposit limits, self-exclusion, break tools) are available.
